Good luck [look at arrin's or eMule] love. SFX are part of the art and as such should be left in place, their translation being typeset in small size next to them or on the margins as notes. They should omawari-dan typeset and redrawn in all cases, so long as that doesn't compromise a regular, frequent release pace.
Instead support the original artist and thank them and the scanlators for their work. SFX are essential for scanlation to be true to the original. Maybe coming in the next issue Inu to Omawari-san chapter 7 Inu to Omawari-san chapter 8.
